Im looking for some great excuses for not showing up at work. Ones that they are going to actually say, like "Yeah, I hate when that happens or, OK i Understand"
Keep in mind dat im only 16 and i cant drive yet

Someone gave you a job.... they entrusted you to give them an honest effort in exchange for a paycheck. I'm sure there are other people that are depending upon you to pull your weight at work. If you don't show they will have to pull your weight for you. If you don't want to work don't degrade yourself by lying to the man who gave you a chance. Just be honest with him and tell him you have other priorities and no longer want to work for him. That way you can save him the trouble and save yourself the embarrassment of having to be fired. The single most important thing a man has is his integrity. Don't lose yours by trying to weasel and cheat your way through life.

well, say that your grandmother/nice old lady/ cat fell down and needed you there to make sure they were alright,
or you could just call in with the runs, say that you got some bad food from taco bell, you could go into detail and all but yeah, just say that you were hit with it in your last hour of school and didn't feel like leaving

Well, they don't need to know all your business. Just tell them that something came up and you can't come in. Perhaps if you don't wanna spend the whole date worrying, why not tell your folks that you are gonna make up your hours on the weekend if you have to. what dya think about that?

Tell them you have a bad case of Diarrhea...That always works. Trust me, it has happened to them before...They will definitely say...Ah man, I hate when that happens.

i have really bad gas that needs to be treated with special medicines and the doc said i have to stay home just in case i have to go urgent
