my friend was talkng to my other friend cousin and she told me that hes already talking about sex and she didn't even meet him i told her to slow down just in case something happen right do you think shes doing the right thing?

Not only should this guy not be talking about sex yet, but she shouldn't be talking to HIM if he's acting like this. Tell your friend to get away and get away NOW - this is a major, major red flag.

I think that if she hasn't known the guy for a good period of time then there is now way they should be talking about sex. I mean to talk about it is one thing but if she is going to go through with the act...that is just wrong.

She needs to stay away from that guy. All he wants is sex and some guys will go to extremes to get it. Know what I mean? She's going to get herself hurt in one way or another if she keeps it up with this guy. He's no good.

she just meet the guy. there is something wrong with him. talk to your friend and tell her that something smells fishy. tell her that you don't trust him and that she needs to get to know him betterbefore something she might regrets happens.
