My boyfriend and ! have been together a little over a year and we have a great relationship..we see each other almost every day and hes very close with my family..I have no reason to break up with him, however, I have a trust issue with him going away. He's offered for me to come with him but that's not an option. He says he'll pay for me to come visit him also...I feel that he may cheat whether we remain together or not. I feel this is a time where we should decide if we really love each other or not and if we are meant for each other we'll remain in contact and stay together when he comes back. However, I do not want to be waiting around while he's "soiling his royal oats" to come back to me. I don't trust the situation and I'd rather us take a break so that it can be accepted for both of us to equally do whatever we please instead of just him.
When I suggested this he got upset and didn't want it. What should I do?

I was out with some friends the other night and me and my guy friend started playing footsies under the table. I was rubbing my foot against the side of his leg and than I don't how it happened but he couldn't look at me straight in the eye..and he stopped talking. I looked under the table and somehow I got my foot you know where and was rubbing that instead. He didn't tell me to stop or anything so I was doing that for awhile. Ok, my boyfriend (we'll call him J) has a younger brother (we'll call him A) and his girlfriend is a psycho. She make shim cry, she's bossy, selfish, unemployed, and mooches off her mother. She is so rude and recently she's turned into a pathological lier. She lies to J's mother about me. We lived together for a short period of time and I never saw her because I worked an hour away. Well she tells J and A's mom that I trashed HER apartment, never cleaned up, left food and clothes everywhere. Then she said that I never paid my rent. I paid every month before she did!!!! SO my boyfriend's mom believes all her lies and now I look like the bad guy. What do I do? The only person who believes me is my boyfriend and he knows the truth because he was living with us!!! How do I prove that I didn't do anything wrong?

While I was going through a custody case to try and get my kids back together which was very stressing. I was a total idiot to my boyfriend. And now he just wants it to be over with. Every time we get into an arguement he wants to leave. Should I just let him go, or should I fight for him? If so, how? nothing I have tried has worked. i mean that the guy was cheap......eg. i went out with this guy. i didnt want to go by myself so we made it a double date w/my friend & her guy. we went to play pool so we bet teams...whoever lost paid the games....we won so we didnt pay...then we went to get something to eat....it was 3am so nothing was open so we went to denny's. i ordered a chicken sand w/fries & it came w/other stuff...i didnt finish it so he turns to me & says "girl u better eat all of that, my $ is valuable to me & u r not gonna waste it" i laughed it off but when it came time to pay he held out his hand....of course i was like naw sorry but u asked me out so i didnt bring $ (i did my mama taught me right) so when he dropped me off he expected a kiss...i jumped out of the car & i was like sorry chump but i gotta go!!! i was so pissed. i would have settled for him just to take me to the lake buy me a 40 oz of beer, a bag of doritos, & call it a day. Now I met a guy about 2 weeks ago that I believe I can trust. The problem is, we have only known each other for 2 weeks. For some reason, I am not experiencing those same trust issues with him that I have with all the other men I have dated. Am I just being naive or could this be a sign?
He already wants to take it to the relationship level, but considering we have only known each other for 2 weeks, I told him it's too soon. We've hung out pretty much everyday and he said he's willing to wait until I'm ready, but I'm just wondering why those warning bells of not trusting him aren't going off in my head...
