I say tease. Leave your shirt open a little...brush against her every now and then and say sorry (just to show that you respect her). How about arranging a just-getting-out-of-the-shower moment. Oooohhh...what about this...have the house already clean when she gets there. She would have no work to do and all you have to ask is if she had any other plans...maybe she would like to relax a little before she goes off to her next job. Then make your move...

Seriously, if you're just looking for sex, is the maid your first choice? You could lose a good maid.
Instead of trying to find out "clever" ways to get in her pants (or skirt or Pine-Sol stained sweats) you might benefit more from trying to develop a quality, respectul social relationship with her. Start by asking if she'd like to stay for dinner or lunch sometime to talk. Be kind to her. Then if there is something there, it will develop for good reasons. If there ain't then you won't lose a good long term maid for a short term experiment.
