No. You don't just kiss her. You talk to her and explain how you feel. If she is into you, then kisses will come naturally. A sudden kiss is definitely not the way to go!

You may want to talk to her get to know her first. It would be a bad idea if 1 she is already seeing someone and that guy comes over and tries to fight you. 2 You may discover that you have nothing in common and you find yourself hating every moment with her. 3 If she has no attraction to you it may make living next to each other tough. 4 If you can build on a common interest it will allow her to see you for who you are and possibly even allow you to spend much more time together and she may decide to kiss you instead.

if she's your girlfriend but if she not tell her u are in love with and she might feel the same way about you and if she does you can ask her out. IF you kiss her and she does not like you she might tell your parents and you know what that means.
