Im in the army and I was cheated on and lied to until I found out what was happening. She said she was sorry and she doest talk to this guy no more. She says she will do anything but she still does what ever she wants instead of what I ask of her. I was with her for 4yrs and we have had about every "first" together so basically she was my first love. I am a very nice honest person and I hope thats not the reason she cheated on me

This applies to both male and female. When you look into the mirror, do you stare for a long time and keep saying, "dam I am so hot. Nobody can resist me." When I mean hottie, I mean Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, Eva Longoria, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Orlando Bloom, Johnny Depp.
And if you are a Hottie, would you date an average-looking person? (fat, bald and ugly is out of the question, obviously).
And if you are a Hottie, do you compete to see how much shallow you are? For instance, do Hotties take pride in being the most shallow person in the world?

I got engaged on St. Patrick's Day of this year and my S/O and I were thinking about getting married in May. Well we decided not to get married in May but now he doesn't want to set a date, he wants to be spontaneous and wake up one morning and decide "let's get married today!!!" I have expressed to him the fact that I don't want to get married spontaneously and asked him to set a date or atleast talk to me about how he feels but anytime I bring up the words marriage or wedding, he says that it makes him not want to get married more and more because I'm taking the excitement out of getting married. Can anyone, but especially guys help me to understand this please!!!

I used to say that I wouldn't tolerate a cheater. Then it happened to me, and I couldn't leave her. It destroyed me but we were too deep. She is my best friend, the only person I could go to to help me get over it (sad and twisted, I know). I had cheated on her while she was out of the country for two months. I had told her and she forgave me. Now the tables had turned. It was almost a year ago and I still think about what she did a lot and regardless of whether I am unfaithful to her again or not, I can't imagine telling her about it and putting her through that torture. I'd rather leave all of the burden on me. Still think honesty is best?

This guy I've know for a while, we've always just been acquaintances. He's flirted with me before. I even feel like he's looked into my eyes and down and my lips. He's done things to get my attention. But when I've tried to get close to him personally he acts strang toward me, distant and avoids me for a while after this. Am I just not that high on his list for attraction? Why does he act kind of into me but then backs off when I try to talk to him. For all he knows I just want to be friends? What's his deal?

I have been single for about 3 years. I never meet anyone I would consider dating. I just feel I will always be single and never truly get over my ex. I was almost over him then 1 year ago he called from Iraq and told me he was engaged. I hadn't spoke to him for 6 months prior to that and on my way to getting over him. I don't understand why he needed to contact me if he had moved on. We spoke the whole time he as there and I saw him when he came back and told him it wasn't fare to me or her to keep talking. I've been in many bad relationships, and I'm just starting to wonder, are there any nice guys that will approach a pretty girl with loads of guys after her? It seems that all the nice guys are scared to tell me when they're interested, and all the guys that approach me are cocky a**holes that think they can have me because they tell me they have a 12 inch dick. I liked a guy. He liked me back. he asked me to be his girlfriend but I freaked out and said no..because at that point in my life i could not have handled a bf...but now I AM..and i've realized what kind of a great guy he is and etc..so he moved on..and i am moving on and dating other people but he is in the back of my mind. i dont know if he has anybody because we are not talking anymore.
the question: i know i will be having the same courses with him..and im thinking of just trying to become friends..or maybe more?! Is that true that if you liked someone a LOTTTT....you will still have kind of warm feelings towards a person? can you "turn back time" and start from sq 1? love has no history...is that so? thanks.

I have two guys in my life. One who I have known for about two years(we'll just call him AM), and one who I have recently began seeing as more than just friends (we'll call him BB). AM and I have gone out before and we ended it on a sour note. BB and I met through my best friend and she thinks that we shouldn't go out. Well, when BB and I started hanging out, AM started wanting to hang out with me more than ever. So AM started treating me like BB does and now I have to choose between the two before I get into trouble with the two. AM and I ended because he was too much for me and was always wanting me to do things that I didn't want to do. BB isn't like that and will never presure me into anything that I don't want to do. I can't choose and I can't really ask anyone who knows the two. HELP!!!
