I really want to do it because i like kissing him. Sometimes when i want to kiss him he doesnt know it. I Figure if i just go ahead and kiss him he'll get the idea.

If your ever alone and just sitting there next to one another jump up on his lap and straddle him. Look him dead in the eye with a big smile on your face. You two will be going at it before you know it.
If your too shy to do that then I find that just eye contact and a few flirtatious smiles will almost always do the trick. Try bighting your bottom lip between smiles.

Just have the guts and confidence to do it. You can be kinda playful at first in case he doesnt want to and you can laugh it off. But he will want to.
