It depends on the moment really. If ur feeling like a complete make out session then a combination of both and maybe some tounge w/tounge action.....massage the other w/urs.
If ur in public, stick to the in and out.

In a circle, in and out, licking my lips all of it.
But it really depends on the person who is kissing you and how good of a kisser he is.
Also depends on how "into" the guy I am.
And where and what his hands are doing while he is kissing me.
If I was totally in love with the guy, even the little pecks on the check or quick kiss on the mouth would be a turn on.
