My BF of 4 months doesn't compromise.We spend most of our time together within his dorm room.Our only dates have been ones I personally initiated. Ive talked 2 him many times about how our relationship shouldnt be spent in his room,&how we should include our friends when we spend time 2gether,rather than only hang out alone,& he's agreed but hasn't acted on it. I've invited him 2 go out w/ my friends & I, but he has social anxiety so he doesnt usually come.
So I've realized that we operate in different social mannerisms.I now go out with my friends more &see him @ a more personal level.
Here's the real bummer-He does not want to celebrate VALENTINEs Day with me!

His theory is that V-Day is a superficial creation of society, and he hates it.I explained to him why I enjoy it.He told me that he is uncomfortable with my expectations from him as a male in this relationship.It hurts me that he is overlooking my feelings of wanting 2celebrate our relationship b/c he wants 2 make a statemnt.

He is 36 years old. I tell him that she is to old to be sleeping with him and he insist that she is still a baby! I work night so it is usally him and her. I tell him that when I was a child I never slept with my parents. Who is right and who is wrong I say she is too old! He says she needs to sleep with him and will carry her to bed with him even when I put her to sleep in another room! Please clear this up for me thanks!!!

I have been dating a guy and he has constantly let me down even tho i have changed my plans to fit him in. First he said he was coming to see me on friday but didnt come nor did he even bother to ring me to say he wasnt doing. And then he did the same thing on Saturday. I sent him a txt message telling him not to contact me again, and he didnt contact me back that day. why is he being so awful to me? I sont intend to forgive him ever, I just need 2 know how i can get over him. He was 26 and im only 18, am i perhaps 2 gud for him?

I am so incredibly frustrated. Not any of you can even begin to understand how upset I feel about this for every waking minute of my life. I know I have the power to dristract myself from feeling so stressed over something as 'silly' as this...

But this is my dream. This is the most important thing of my life. I want to lose my virginity on the night of my wedding...why can't those special to me be happy for me? Why is it that the vast majority of people I meet think I'm strange for wanting to do so?

No one can begin to understand how hard it is for me not to feel bad of the way everyone around me reacts at the one most important thing in my life.

Of course, I'm happy with myself and I'll keep to my dream. To heck with their opinions. It would be nice to have those most special to me support me, at least.

But since that's not possible, can someone at least give me a guess to my question? I want to know, why exactly can't I be supported? Why is this look down upon? Discuss

Parents taught their kids not to stare. Well, I've got a 2 ruined fingernails due to meds for epilepsy. I need some antifungus pills and have fake nails to cover it up. Anyway, adults will see my part of my skin, stare and burst out laughing.
There are two brothers, one of whom is a classmate of my father's. He was a principal at a hgihschool and my managers just love hiim to death. Well, that man and his brother will stay 3 hours just staring at the people after eating. Today, one of them shows the sister-in-law or someone else my nails and laughs.
It never occurs to him that it's a culmination of bad medication, hallucination, losing balance, being unable to eat the way I want going from size 12 to 4 and seizures. It's just a joke the 70 year-old. This man grew up during a time when had his teacher seen him do that very thing, she would've not only spanked him, but a parent would have when he got home. He needs to give that some thought.

I'm a young gal in her first real relationship. Always been insecure about my body, though the men I've been with have really liked my appearance and complimented me. I'm just insecure.

So, even though my bf thinks I'm REALLY hot (he can't stress that one enough, lol). Well, he's also madly in love with me. Anyway, he met me because he thought I'm hot then got to know me and fell in love. He says I'm perfect for him, his dream girl... he's my dream man too. But I'm paranoid... will he eventually get bored of my appearance? Will his attraction to me fade? The sex is great, and he loves it, so it's not an issue. Just visual, physical attraction. Nothing more.

I don't mind to hear the hard truth... so, what can I also do to keep things interesting? Our love is really strong, but I also love to physically please him.

Oh, and this is just me being insecure. He still thinks I'm hot. He hasn't made any negative comments.

I can not take it anymore (years of abuse from her and siblings (grown) and then you were upset because of multiple happenings yesterday and you had no sleep two days so real emotional and said after she criticized you yet again when you told her you were a basket case and been on phone to suicide prevention three hours (not suicidal just highly upset) and said "I'm done..I am never calling you again unless you call me (which she never does) and this was after you called earlier and you were trying to apologize for being upset but it ended like this. Mother is dying 6 months..reconsilation attempted (only by me multiple time) but she never will talk when you call visit (too tired/too sick/too busy/just walked in etc).

Then after funeral for aunt yesterday and finding out several awful things 3 sibs said behind your back, you were crying and mad all night and losing it and wishing for death and then you need to get away and so you are going to a political potluck you've been waiting
