How do I get him back?

I love and need my exboyfriend Rick McGrade and I need to know how to get him back. Please--if anyone knows how to do this please let me know. Thank you!!!!!!

Don't "sweat" him. Tell him how you feel. If he wants you, he'll come back to you. If he doesn't, he won't. And never, ever waste time on someone who doesn't want you. Life is too short. Things will work out as they should. Just take care of yourself and you'll be okay. Best wishes to you.
