I'm a young gal in her first real relationship. Always been insecure about my body, though the men I've been with have really liked my appearance and complimented me. I'm just insecure.

So, even though my bf thinks I'm REALLY hot (he can't stress that one enough, lol). Well, he's also madly in love with me. Anyway, he met me because he thought I'm hot then got to know me and fell in love. He says I'm perfect for him, his dream girl... he's my dream man too. But I'm paranoid... will he eventually get bored of my appearance? Will his attraction to me fade? The sex is great, and he loves it, so it's not an issue. Just visual, physical attraction. Nothing more.

I don't mind to hear the hard truth... so, what can I also do to keep things interesting? Our love is really strong, but I also love to physically please him.

Oh, and this is just me being insecure. He still thinks I'm hot. He hasn't made any negative comments.

Look, here's how I think it works: initially there's the visual attraction (or at least she doesn't scare you away), but over the first 6 months or so... you get to know her, and if there aren't too many red flags (baggage, insecurity, psycho, lack of integrity, etc), then you begin to really bond because she's started to build trust. Then you spend the next 18 months or so studying her attitude (is she mean to people or depressing to the point you want to hang yourself), and if you make it through all of that without them screwing it all up, and they want to get married, then I say go for it because you've got a keeper.

In short, looks fade, but if you have a good character, you'll always be beautiful to your partner.

Glad you asked this. The attraction, doesn't fade. But, to some of us Males. Once the conquest as been made. Some don't think much of you Females. They're Lowlife's anyway. But it does Happen. To keep the spark alive? I've offered that anyone keep The Love, coming from their Heart. Both Male and Female, know that Love can only survive if it's coming form the Heart. Yours and His! Good Luck! Life's a Blast, if you're in Love!

There is alot more to True Love than just physical attraction, but in most cases that is how it starts. True love lasts over the years because of a deeper bond that ties the two of you together. Intellect, sense of humor, common interests,a genuine passion for life is what keeps those couples together who are now old and their looks have faded and their sex parts dont work anymore.

It depends on how good a shape the woman keeps herself in. But you better have more to offer than just a good body. If that fails you, then what is going to happen to your man?
