When have you been at your happiest, what was going on in your life? Where were you and how old were you?
Mine was when I was 16, spent everyday of the summer messing around with my boyfriend and friends in the park.

gosh ... so many times
Between 19 and 21 - lots of good friends and real fun times as a single lad
21-23 - saving up to get married and building our nest
23-28 - studing for a law qualification
28-30 - University as a mature student
30-50 - raising my kids
50-now - very content with my lot

The happiest time was any given day in the past because I tend to just remember the good things..
The happiest time is today because I leave any sad thought aside, life is too short to focus on the negative.
And the happiest time I expect is the next morning because waking up open a whole world to enjoy.
Sounds silly? why be pessimist.

When I was 14 I took a bath all day and I sang an awesome song because there is nothing more soothing than singing "I Feel Good" all day while WASHING YOUR BUTT!

when I was old enough, which was older than 16, and had a blast for a couple of years, before she turmed out to be a tramp!

we had just won our 4th state championship in football.
i was 17 at the time.
