sometimes when i get the house to myself (bout once a year,haha) i think back to when i was free and irresponsible and doing things like coming in at 6am and still managing to get in work for 9 still p!ssed.(im only 23 and i do love my life i just enjoy the memories)

I like this one guy and we were real close last year and we were on the same team and now we rnt in ani classes togetherand he wont even look @ me
i like him soo much but i dk what to do , say , or anything

My boyfriends mom's birthday is this Sunday and I don't know what to get her! She is the wife of a lawyer and has everything she needs. My boyfriend told me she doesn't like people spending too much money on her, but I don't really care about that. She likes to cook and she has a dog that she loves and spoils a lot!!! i told her who i had a massive crush on, and all of a sudden shes talking to him in classes, exchanging instant messages, and becoming his friend. i dont know what shes after, but it makes me really upset, becuase shes funny and gorgeous and could probably get him before i could (i am told that i'm pretty, but i am very shy).


i guess my two questions are:
1. what do i do about my best friend? she will get defensive and b*tchy if i straight up tell her i dont like her befriending him
2. how do i outshine my best friend and get him to pay attention to me more?

I just got done with College.Im one of the lucky ones who gets their folks to pay for school. Undergrad and Grad School. But im wondering if this is a good idea.. Am I going to be an eternal student? I got into grad school and start next year again for 2 years? It sucks that I still live at home, and own nothing except my car. All my friends have a life going for them, a Job, Family, a nice house. Here I am still doing homework. Im really getting hopeless with my life. Im currently learning to drive and its been a long, slow process. i recently bought myself a wee car (petrol, i know now i should've bought a diesel) as id taken 10 lessons but wasnt getting any better as i wasnt getting any practice.
im very nervous and i panic that im holding up traffic (because i am usually) and people are so mean and beep at me and this makes me even more nervous.
I just dont understand this whole biting point crack, i cant hill start, i can just about reverse, i am forever stalling and overall ive no confidence.
has anyone got any tips for me?? ive got another driving lesson in the morning and im bloody dreadin it.

This is more than just one question. This is a question meant primarily for smokers, especially those with children. So, is it really worth smoking around your children to get that cancer smoke in your lungs and theirs, to get that nicotine in your body? Do you think it doesn't affect your children? Or not even your children, how about just the people around you that you love, family, friends. It doesn't take a medical degree to realize that second hand smoke is just as poisonous as inhaling it directly from the cancer sticks (cigarettes). I was told one time that smoking is a person's choice, I think that’s justified, if a person wants to poison their body, so be it. I have also been told that it's not right to nag or preach to smokers about the effects of smoking. However, at the same time in the back of my mind I keep thinking about seeing this person on there death bed, eat up with lung cancer and who knows what other complications from smoking. Often times this person is someone I'm close to a relative or friend, this person is barely into there forties. Don't go into why you smoke, I know why people smoke. I just want you to answer me one question. IS IT WORTH IT?
