Ok we both have had problems in the past and both have cheated(him a bit more often than me) we are having problems associated with his past. I love him and we have a 6 week old son, he says if I "move on" he won't make it. He has proven he loves me but due to circumstances we cannot live together possibly forever. I have a crush on a guy, but don't know weather I should move on or not.

Im so sad... the father of my baby left me when i was 2 months pregnant. Called like once a month during the whole pregnancy and didnt show up or call while i was giving birth. We got back together after the baby was born and that lasted for like a month then he started accusing me of cheating and lying (no reason) and he said it wasnt going to work out. My sister is ruining her relationship with her boyfriend of 3 years. They've had problems on and off. Honestly, she's lucky that he lvoes her as much as he does. She's very bitchy and sometimes I wonder why he doesn't stick up for himself, but that's his peragotive. Anyway, just recently she met a guy at work. The kid is super troubled. He's 3 years younger than her, his mom is nuts, he's irresponsible, and definately not relationship material. My sister is totally falling for him. She's making up problems in her relationship with her b/f to distance herself from him. She's still with her b/f, but is ALWAYS hanging out with this other kid (alone). I've tried to talk to her about it, but she just gets defensive. She has to know this is wrong. I just don't know what to do. I care about her and her b/f (he's been a friend for 13 years.) I know it's not my business, but I really care about them. And what she's doing is goinna blow it or the both of them. How do I make her realize?

There is a woman at work who is about twice my age but dumb as a box of rocks. I worry about her competence, but above all she drives me and my other colleages insane. My immediate supervisor is aware of the situation and even makes jokes about her intelligence (lack of) behind her back. She is a nice person and tries really hard but she just doesn't have what it takes to work on our team in my opinoin. Should I go above the supervisors head to management about this person, or wait for her to make a mistake that could cost her her job.
