You need to teach her what to do without letting her know that you are teaching her. She may not know that she sucks in bed. I know this sounds weird, but my best teacher was porno.

will it be the first time u have slept wiv her? if so then how do ya know she aint that gud it might jus be wot ppl r sayin 2 get back at her, if u have slept wiv her b4 then mayb its jus lack of confidence and the more ya do it maybe she'll relax a little more and things will improve, jus respect her and neva put her down coz then that will shatter her self esteem

Teach her..... show her how things are done, and keep doing it so she gets used to being in the sack with you. Females are usually tense at the start anyways, so make it so she relaxes and things will happen without you even trying. Trust me...

What is good or not good, do you even know?
Maybe you think she is not good but her past boyfriend might think different! Maybe your not good, that's why she is not giving you 100% If you love her, everything will work out right.

I have the same problem with my wife... it's kind of a drag... So, I try and imagine she's someone else... (yes that's rude and unthoughtful but sue me!) It seems to help..
