We was together 12 yrs,I added her name to my house and property,because we have a child .She has never paid anything on house,taxes or anything.She left in Feb.has not been back ,I have took every thing that she has got from house to her.But that is over.I am working to get her name removed from paperwork.But I don't want to get in trouble for removeing the rest of her stuff.Can anyone tell me how long please?

Send a letter to her, then she has 30 days. No claim...dump the stuff in the street and tell her to come get it or it goes to the trash or Salvation Army.

Don't you still see her in order to spend time with your child? If so the next time you exchange the child give her something in writting that says she has 30, 60, 90, days, which ever you prefer to pick up her stuff or it is going to be donated to Goodwill. Keep a copy of the letter for yourself.
