Friends - March 2007

She was 50 and I was 32. She was like a mom to me. Her family was my family and my family was hers. She often told people I was her real daughter. She had one daughter who is my age and on drugs real badly.She raised her 3 grandchildern till the day she died.I miss her so much. We met a work and we took each other by each others wing.

I dont have any good friends. I feel everyone around me is very selfish. I always try to be a good friend, I am 22yrs old now but I still dont have any friend other than my bf, we are very good friends from last six yrs. But I also feel the necessity of having other friends. My thoughs doesnt match with anybody else, everybody around looks very mean. Why it is so hard for me to find true frnds? Is anything wrong with me?

i just invited a former co-worker out and he said he was really intrested and then we ended up having lunch. when he dropped me home he said maybe we should go out again next week. what does that mean? like me as a friend? or likes me more than a friend?

I have ex-friends that i haven't talked to for like a year that i still think about every single day.
I don't like it.
Once i know you, i always remember and care about you...
but it kinda gets old to see everyone i once loved move on while i sit here and wish we were still close.
any advice?
I try to not care... i just can't help it.

my friend[Him] & i started not to talk anymore when he had a gf[also my friend who knows my feelings for my friend"Him"] since then i started ignoring them so i could finally move on.. but i dont know if i did the right thing.. he tried to talk to me but hes making it harder for me. then one of my trusty friends talked to him.. and noe he said that he felt bad for what he did and he even said that he wudnt went out with my friend if i dint ignore him in the first place.. but well i had reason why i did it.. he ignored me and left me hanging there and just flirts with other girls.. him & i were like much more then best friends.. and now i dont know what to do.. i tried to and im still trying to just move one and let go.. so please anyone help me... any good advice?.. i wanna fight for what i believe in but then i dont wanna see him get hurt bcoz of me i want him to be happy. im willing to sacrifice just for him to happy.. sound ridiculous.well i guess its just me.. srry if im tooo corny

I used to roam with my one boy friend. Then i fell in love & he also loved me. We entered very close relation. But after someday i knew that he was married. Now he is telling me to continue this relation. I can't accept this matter but I can't forget him. Because i love very much. I know there is no future in this relation but i am helpless. I've always had alot of friend boys, not many girls because.. well alot of girls are kinda... evil.
but i missed alot of school and had to go to an alternative school (which is the best thing that's ever happened to me) and since being at this school i have found out alot about myself and who i am. I have also lost everyone who used to mean to much to me, and no matter what i do i can't get them back. i didn't do anything wrong, i just went to a different school. I'm a person who cares alot what others think of me, and friends have always been a huge part of my life... now that i only have one or two true and close friends i feel like i made a huge mistake to make everyone leave me. Is it my fault i lost everyone, or theirs?

I am a computer student. I need a little tutoring. My friend who is a software engineer knows very little about VB, which is what I need help on, but who has a friend whose job is all about VB(Visual Basics). The problem is that I want his friend to tutor me and he refuses to give him or me each others email addresses. I can't understand why. I am sure his friend would not mind helping me with something that will be simple to him and also helping me in the process. I am so upset, but I think my friend is mad because I want someone with VB knowledge to help me instead of him. My friend is alway busy so I thought if he could have one of his friends help me it wouldn't have been a problem. I don't know. Tell me what you think.

I work part time, go to college, and have absolutely no social life. It's not that I don't have time, it's that I have trouble talking to and meeting new people. There's one specific guy that I work with that I'd like to get to know better but, I have no idea what to talk about with him. ok i have this childhood friend and she just up and moved away one day and then called like a few years later and we exchanged phone#'s and addresses and she never wrote then a few more years and she showed up at my door we hung out and she went back home and a few more years went by and she called and the same thing exchanced phone #'s and i wrote her and keep calling and still nothing . I have 3 months of class left but i can't stand half of the people in my class. Half of them are stuck up, I tried talking to them and they don't even want to initiate conversation with me. Then I got in to argument with one of my classmate and stormed out of the classroom. The teacher took half of the class time so she can cansole me, but i really just wanted her to leave me alone and let me be. So now my classmate hates my guts so I had to make new friends in the class. I think other students in my class saw the temperamental side of my personality and are weary of me. I eat alone in lunch b/c it's my choice. I can choose to eat with one girl but i dont want her to think i'm clingy or needy. I feel like everyone hates me, i dunno what to do

I have known my friend for 2 yrs and in that time we have become very close friends (we are both girls and this is strictly a regular friendship I am talking about here-- nothing more, for all the sickos who out there). However we are both very busy and its hard to find time to spend together. Also, she is always afraid to ask for things and puts herself down alot and that makes me sad. k there iz this guy i hang out with @ dances. but i cant tell if he likes me or not. like we'll share food (popcorn) and drinks (sometimes) he'll put his arm on my sholder. not like a bf would...but hes 2 years older than me but there iz a lot more...but i wont go on...but people will always say we make a perfect couple. but we aint goin out. and every time some body says that he just smiles and looks @ me. i just cant tell. dose he like me? or am i paranoid?
