my only friend in the world i feel is choseing her bf over me. my grades have been very low becase u cant concentrate due to my friend and my dog just died on top of it!! i feel life is just not worth it nemore!!! got any advice??

My love is mad at me. He has been my love for 3 years and we also became best friends for 2 years. We make sure that we will not argue anymore and I also said him who is my other love (he also know that he was my love cause someone started it and it was my girl bestfriend). One day he sent a message to his friend and the message is don't ever ever look always to him, but he doesn't know that I'm looking in my other love noy him. Then one day, he became mad at me and then I wrote him a letter and I said "Please forgive me" I said even I have nothing done to him. Then he replied I don't know to you. Why is he like that?. When I wrote that letter it was the last day before our recognition. I'm feel so bad about myself I can't live anymore. I can't take it.

This is the 2nd time my friend brought up mental illness in her immediate family and suicides in her family within minutes of meeting my friend. Once was at a bar, I was stunned but thought she brought it up cos my friend was a social worker. The second time was recently, we went out to a fancy restaurant and I introduced my other friend to 'crazy' girl. After 10 min she told her the same line. Then the crazy friend turned to me to say that 'she' doesn't think she herself is crazy like her family. I didn't respond and changed the subject. I never knew this about her family and am stunned that she would put a damper on a fun night out w/this unneccessary info. Plus she dresses head to toe in pink and she's starting to lookk like a blimp, She just eats like a pig. I am thinking of dropping this nutter friend. Does anyone agree that the topic of mental illness is inappropriate when you first meet someone? Why does she do this and dumps this crap onto new people?

and you are broke, would it be inconsiderate to ask a (not well-to-do, but seemingly stable) family member for the money? I hate to put her in that position....maybe she can't afford it, and would feel guilty if she couldn't help. but i really cant lose my buddy. it would be wrong to ask, wouldnt it?

Its about friendship where one is feeling lonely because of her good qualities ,frankness,sincerity{which u dont find} may contact with honest aproach and not for only chatting and discussing casual matters or useless conversation. Friendship does help us mentally and one doesnt feel depressed if true .Your comments and suggestions.

I have a friend, a close one for some reason when ever there is something that she brings up like a game or something like tennis when shes playing a different school i have a feeling inside me that wants her to loose. OK so i have this friend, who's a guy, and all my other friends think i have a crush on him. @ my best friends party the were all bugging me how we would make a cute couple and blah blah blah. The final straw was last night when my friend had im'ed all of my friends with a invite to me and his wedding.

Met a guy and had an instant extreme dislike.
Everything about him just annoyed the *&)*) out of me -- think about an underskin itch that can't be scratch or won't go away.
I also went out of my way to let him know that I despised him with passion. -- I couldn't help it because I always felt an intense anger around him.

But then our eyes met for the first time....lo and behold...I felt like I was finally at home ...so safe and secured, and had a feeling of a lock and a key (strange I know)...


The thing is I don't know this guy -- he's just some stranger who turned my life upside down.

And NO...we're not dating, but I noticed that he noticed me too considering I was very rude to him.


Can you explain why I felt an instant anger/dislike before the eye contact accident?

My friend is really starting to bug me lately, and the sad thing is, i really dont know why. we've been best friends since grade school, and i really used to like being around her. it jsut seems that every time we hang out together now end up getting really, really annoyed with her, i feel like screaming! she's extremely clingy and loud. but i always used to like these things about her. I think we might just be growing apart, but i really dont want to lose her as a friend.

my friend and he came out to visit from the UK in 04 and he didn't want to meet any of my friends friends and never wanted to be involved in meeting her family and my friend is very into her family. I re cently went on vacation with my friend, her bf and a few other people. The entire time he constantly called her stupid, retarted, idiot, a**hole, etc. over the smallest little things she would say or do. So a few days ago me and this girl I reallllly like had this big drama thing going and suffice it to say I asked her out and she just wanted to be friends. But when I say wanted to be friends, I wasn't talking about normal I just want to be friends that guys and girls normally do to say "I'm not interested, leave me alone". Like we were getting to be good friends before and now we hang out like everyday lol. When we're alone or around others its great and we have fun and its playful and normal. But she doesn't want to do some things like go see a movie my friend and her friend (who are dating) want to check out but its more of a chick flick and it would be just the 4 of us, which is understandable, she doesn't want to hang out with the four of us to just hang out, we always need to be doing something or going somewhere. She seems uncomforable depending on what we do as a group and its understandable because some times I feel like that, but how can i make her more comfortable around me?

well ill tell u my story.... ok well lets just say this year started out great !! then everything fell apart : ( the guy that i liked moved, my parents got divorced..i even got lice for about a month (that was weird) and since my parents are getting a divorce i have to choice to move 8 hours away from my dad : ( but i would liv in a city with lots of people like i always wanted to .... but my dad would have no body . I dont know what to do cause i always wanted to leave this dump ( i like in a small town right now and i only have a few friends and they all live on the farm so they dont come over that much... im so sad because if i go to the city i might be happy but my friends wont be they dont have many friends ...i really dont know what to do
