Friends - December 2006

I was reallllly close to a group of friends during the summer..and since school started ALOT of stuff happened, and we started splitting apart. And now we all still talk but we barely hang out and talk anymore. Then some started talking again..and now they are close..but im still left out. I feel horrible now. What can i do? Do i need other people to count on?

First i am a high school junior.my best friend last year did something bad for our friendship that had to do witha guy, so were not friends anymore.now i have a group of really good friends but i dont really consider any of them a best friend.we share secrets, hang out, help each other out and stuff like that as a group.is it weird??

I am 12 years old in the 7th grade. I have two friends that say I'm am their best friend. One is 13 in the 7th and the other is 14 in 9th. I have a lot in common with both girls. Me and the 7th grader are closer and I can always be myself around her. But when i'm around the 9th grader, I feel as if I have to impress her. We act more of best friends than me and the 7th grader. I think that the 7th grader saying that we are best friends are just words. I know that the 9th grader really mean what she say. Ther is one problem with this and it is that the two of them can't stand each other. I really need a lot of help to pick whom is better.

I am a really caring guy and there is this girl I like, We are both sophmores and have known each other a long time and we both know we like each other. She is mostly "anti touch " she was when I met her and for alittle while after. but we have grown closer and i really like her, but I think she will not like to hold hands or hug, and I respect her so I don't. even though I am a more touchy kind of guy. and I mean with everybody I always love hugs any time from most anyone.SO WHAT SHOULD i DO TO GROW CLOSTER IN OUR RELATIONSHIP. and I want mature answers, and please do not mention sex I am saving that for marraige.

there were a pair of guests at my mom's house and my son was home from kentucky, he likes the girls. well i didn't know but he had spent the evening with one of the pair that was there. the other was her mom. my daughter and i persist to tell how my son loves to spred himself thin and this girls mom got mad and tried to correct my 23 year old daughter. i got furious and became unglued. i was told i was wrong, cause what we were saying. but it must have been a secret that he was with her daughter cause that was not who he left my house to be with. should i have gotten mad at a stranger who doesn't know me or my kids and stuck their stupid nose into my conservation, cause obviously her daughter fits the profile that my son loves(trash)

Okay this dude that My friend likes, is feeling me and I am kinda feelings him also. We have talked on the phone alot and over emails but the thing about that Is that she didnt like him at the beginning when someone else was trying to hook her up with him so she told me that he might be good for me so when we met each other she started feeling him when she figured he was feeling me also. I have two great friends, but lately they both call me JUST to talk about their problems and only their problems. I just had surgery and have been doing a lot of resting and they both call me first thing in the morning and wake me up (though I've asked them not to) just so they can talk about their problems. And EVERY day they ask me the same exact questions about the guys they're trying to date and I always tell them the same exact thing. I feel like a broken record. I know I'm supposed to be a good friend and listen, but I'm trying to recover from a major surgery and I'm tired enough as it is and they just don't leave me alone. They ask how I'm feeling for 30 seconds and then proceed to talk about their guy problems. How do I tell them I don't want to talk about their guy issues every single day?
