My teacher sat me next to my ex-best friend in one of my classes. It is very awkward. She usually says hi to me and I give her breif, polite answers to avoid confrontation, but it really bugs me having to be this close to her every day when I've been trying to forget her and move on. My life is so much better without her - she was a lousy friend and we couldn't understand each other anymore. How should I deal with her presence?

I have two roommates and we are also running a student organization together. A month and a half ago, we scheduled a meeting and somehow, everyone got the times mixed up. Things were between us for about a week until I called a meeting to air out issues. One of my roommates was vocal about what was bothering her while the other kept quiet. Before I ended the meeting, I specifically asked if there was anything else that needed to be discussed. They both said no.

Well, the roommate who was relatively quiet has been giving me the silent treatment ever since. I reached out to her to find out if everything was cool and she said yes. Still, she continued to give me the cold shoulder. Last week, I saw both of my roommates together; one said hi and she kept looking straight ahead. Last week, at our meeting, she spoke to me in a very nasty tone. I decided not to address it during the meeting; rather, I was going to speak to her about in private.

i have a best friend i've known since birth.... but lately... i don't know if i should trust that person or not.... all these people look at me wierd and laugh at me when i pass by... and i think my friend is the cause of this... but i've known that person since birth and has been my best friend forever... i just don't know....

Ok, I just moved and I'm talking to people but havn't really I guess you'd say made "friends". But this really popular girl has tried to talk to me, and I kind of froze up. I got sucked in one day when the one day when the one girl had a hard luck story even though it was out of my way.Now she will ask if I can take her to her freinds which is much closer then she says oh can you just take me to my house when we get near her freinds house so even though i feel hijacked I do it.Then the other day she asks for a ride and I said no and she said oh this sucks Im going to have to walk.The other one just asks like every day and sometimes its on my way and other times Its areal nuisance.neither one has offered me more than a thanks.I know they are broke but so am I.What can I do ,I have to work with both of them?

There is a boy who talk to me and if one day i donot talk to him he is like talk to me.

There was this girl and her friends begged me to go to homecoming with her so i did. Shortly after she started to talk **** about me for no reason. All ive ever done is be nice and sweet to her. Today i bitched her out real bad and i know it was really horrible, but it sure did let off a whole bunch of steam. I mean, i never really liked her, but i still did the best i could to make sure we both had an awesome time but she blew me off. I kinda think this was a mistake but it made me feel so much better. =] well me and my best friend sara have become really good friends with this other girl lizzie. so we're pretty much known as a 3-some at school. well...recently lizzie and sara have become better friends..so it's just like i'm dangeling along, while they're the main deal. and currently sara's #2 on lizzie's myspace, while i'm #6. =[ and i know i sound SO freshman..comparing my friendship to a myspace top 8...but i seriously feel like me and sara are competing to be lizzie's best friend =P any advice?
