No, I really lost him. He died a year after we broke up and I never really got to say goodbye.

yes I was engaged years ago, actually 2x to this man in my life. I broke it off both times. First time I don't think I was ready for love and marriage. Second time he was too posessive. We did have the most romantic relationship though and I have yet to find it again. We could kiss for hours and spent numerous hours in bed, not always having sex either. It was fantastic. But I don't think I loved him or I wouldn't of ended it. But it hurt so bad, I wound up in therapy cause I couldn't stop crying. We chat on here once in awhile and we get talking about how we use to be with each other and I wish I had those feelings again, but not with him. I am married now, I love my husband more than I ever thought possible. I know what love is now. But we don't have the passion and romance I really live for. But you take what you want and live with it. I need the love more I guess. I still cry when I think how the other man and I were and would give anything for that to be that way with my husband. It hurts bigtime.

Why yes I have. Lost a really good person in middle school cause after 8th grade had to go to different high school. Now I'm in college and still miss her. The funny thing is that I just met her in the lightrail one day and I begin to get this feeling inside. Anyways, I think she saw me and was shy and turn the other way. I wanted to go and at least say hi but she was with a boy friend and some other girl friends. After that, I kinda started to cry but it's kinda was like inside of me.

Yeah, we were engaged and I decided he wasn't ready for marriage and broke up with him. It's been 20 years and I still think of him. This summer I found him online and sent him a message. We've been chatting and both still have feelings for each other. But we are both married and won't hurt out spouses. Luckily we are 1000 miles apart.

You have to move on. But a piece of you will always love them. It's okay. Just don't let the person you are currently with know...it would only hurt them.

No one ever said life would be easy.

Can't say I lost Them, could have chased them away or maybe it was never meant to be a long term relationship. I know as long as I kept saying I loved them, The more it hurt . Gotta let them go and the Active memories of what was!

my b/f since i was 11(i know its young but we were together for 5 years since) cheated on me with some fat girl....whats worse than it being years is i have to see him every single day. on valentines day, we had a really nice day together. we got back to his house and his g/f called him. he told her he loved her in front of me on b-day. ur best bet is to try to move on. i know its hard. i was head over heels in love with this guy. just know that you are a better person without him.

I think all of us have. How does that saying go, "it is better to have love and lost, than to never have loved at all."
