how would you handle a annoying neighbour without upsetting her

the problem is this person is always borrowing things from the using the phone to the tin opener' she will even come thou and use our oven even thou her oven is working perfectly infact its that bad she mite as well move in,,this has been happening over a 4 year span

I have this male friend. He's been dating one of my girlfriend's. She dumped him the other day. Not really sure of the reason. The poor guy is destroyed. He won't belive it's over. He cries and begs. The guy is in so much pain. He has grown children who don't know how to handle this. What do we do to help him through this?

i am a simple person,helps everyone but in return people hate me.one person i love him soo much but in return he prefers my worst enemies better then me & when i try to tell him abt them he says ur worst than anybody else.in this case what can i do?remain silent or sit between them?
this hurts me alot when he ignores me & smiles them.i get dead mentally.help me or else.i get my self..............help me people.

I'm a very good student and down to earth,really.I just follow trends and fashion and people i used to hang out with(not my best friends) look at me sideways in a quirky manner because of the way i dress.Although I could have been the geek i don't snub them!they do.....

there's this guy I met online who lives in the same city as mine. We're not just good friends, but great. (we never met though). I think I'm special to him but dunno to which extent.
