there is this guy that i really like and sometimes i feel he likes me too because sometimes we have this long eye contact while talking but then he suddenly looks away. we also joke a lot but i am confused because i dont know how he feels about me.

the only way you can really find out is by talking to him and asking him if there's anybody he fancy or something. if you do not wanna be direct, go for the more subtle approach by dropping lots of hints. ask him personal questions and things like that. see how he reacts.
