How do u know when a boy likes u and u think they do but they dont. i mean this boy kept starring at me with this "lovely" look. i think he is cute. should i tell him?

I would tell him, becuase otherwise, the following things will happen:
1) If you don't tell him, he may be too shy, intimidated, whatever, to approach you more directly, and will merely keep looking, and have it lead to nothing.
2) If you don't tell him, you are your girlfriends will continue to discuss it, starting accidental rumors and leading to confusion and possibly even miscommunicated feelings.
3) If you don't tell him, someone else will, and you will be resentful to the girl who 'stole' him from you.
4) If you don't tell him, you will never find out if he is serious or not, and then you will spend a ton of time wondering, when you could either be dating him, or moving on.
Tell him. The worst that happens is that he is a total jerk leading you on, and if you pay attention, you should be able to figure this out from how he talks to you. The next worst is that he says he is not interested, and as long as you are set to hear and deal with 'no', you'll be fine. Best case, is he is interested, is relieved you came to him, you start dating and wind up winning the lottery together. Ok, that last bit about the lottery is not realistic, but you get my point?

The most clearest sign off liking someone is probally the attention they give you if he hits you and calls you names when he is not with friends that is a 99% chance he likes you the best way to find out is give him a piece off paper and tell him to write on it!

how do u know he does not like u. maybe he is shy. why not just talk to him an become his friend. alot of guys r as afraid as we r in talking an liking girls. so take it slow an talk u will know soon. an if he does not show u some thing in a month just ask what do u have to lose.

YES! stop being shy and go for yours. He can only say yes or no. The longer you wait then there is a chance that some other gurl will step up and get him. Have some balls and just do it.

i have the same problem...this boy stares at me and ive liked him forever! My friend asked him out for me but he said no...but in 5th grade i called him ugly so that was why he said no...i talked to him online and he asked me if i had a boyfriend and i said no. he asked me out and we've been dating 6 years!! 5-12!! So maybe this guy staring at you likes you tell him your feeling and i think it will workout!! GOODLUCK!!

yes tell him what you think....be subtle dont come on too strong.....the only way i know to tell if someone likes you is if they tell you or give some sort of clue....all i can tell you is if you like him & you think he likes you just ask...dont come on too strong...write a note or something....or next time you catch him staring at you....politely ask what is he looking at....play with his head....smile at him alot... wink....but dont act hoed up...dress appropriately...if he does like you he will like you no matter what...
