I have a friend who's parents did. His older sister (23) turned out to hate the thought of all relationships, his older twin brother (17) is basically scared of everyone and was suicidal when he was younger.

He is okay in my opinion, but I am almost sure if they had had a more stable home-life growing up his siblings would of been different....

Why must people live together now before getting married? I understand that people will say that it's good to live with someone first so you get to know their habits and stuff, but if you love someone and believe that you will be together for life, must you really "test things out"? Why is playing house such a big deal now? I am only 21, and NOT religious, so I'm not someone from an old generation that doesn't understand today's temptations.

I have a coworker who I am friends with. She has been making some ridiculously leading comments of a sexual nature lately. Even a text message that talks about how she likes "checking me out." I would never do anything with someone who is married, but engagement is different. I would think that it would be a failure of commitment on her part- not mine. Right?

Wat do u do, when a friend u knew sice 3rd grade, moves freshmen year. Now comes bak after a year in a half. Ok ur probely thinkin, then wats the problem u should be happy. Well its not like that, it was awful bein friends with her, well not at 1st. But as the years progress she became controlling, i was more of a follwer then a friend. And i couldent just not be her friend then i would have been a loner. All the ppl i tried to be friends with, she would hate them. i was always suppose to be pals with her friends it was awful. But when highschool started it changed i made friends of my own, and they r the best. now shes comin to visit for 3 weeks. And she already hates my friends and she dosent even know them!! Wat am i goin to do to survive these 3 weeks. And no she hasent changed, i talk to her almost evey day. I still luv her, she will always be one of my good friends. We did have good times before. But i dont want her ruining my friendship with others in a mater of days.

I previously asked a question on where I should go for my summer break visit my mom, grandparents, or inlaws. I decided to go see my mom since I haven't been home in five years. Now the rest of my grandparents are mad. They said I ruined all their summer plans. I feel very guilty and am debating just going to Costa Rica with them. The thing is my mom already bought me a ticket since my vacation starts in 12 days. My grandparents hadn't made any plans yet, even though they knew the exact days I had off 6 months ago. What should I do? Is my ticket on Frontier refundable? Should I go spend time with my grandparents who I visit every couple months and make them happy or go home and make my mom happy? I'm so confused and stressed out!
