I did and said some terrrible things to someone who means the world to me. We no longer speak to one another because of it. I want to turn back time and erase all I said and done, but since thats imposible, can somebody please tell me how I can apoligise to him?

Since turning back time is not possible and you did what you already did. Then the answer to your aching heart would be, give him time to fly, give space to realize how important you are to him. Give him freedom to think things over and one day you will be shocked that he's knocking in your door one morning....

Pick up your phone and send her an sms. Email her, but make it a genuine email and not one of those greeting bcard messages. Tell her you're sorry. Tell her you know you did her wrong and that you regret the mistakes you made. Just make it a genuine apology. Women know if you're not being genuine and they hate it.
Top it off with a bouqet of some or all of these flowers;
Hyacinth ( purple) - meaning I'm sorry; please forgive me
Carnation (red) - meaning My heart aches for you; admiration
Anemone - meaning Unfading love
Bittersweet - meaning Truth
Chrysanthemum (in general) - meaning Cheerfulness; You're a wonderful friend

Give them some time to stew, talk to his friends and family if he's close to them (if he's not close to them, he'll just get mad and say you're intrusive and going behind his back). If that doesn't work, find him in public - but not around a bunch of his friends and scream "I'm sorry. I was wrong. You mean a lot to me. Will you forgive me?" If that don't work, maybe he's not the kind of person deep down that you want to deal with. We need people in our live that will forgive the times we wrong them.

post a letter to them in the mail youhave chance of that getting read than an email i think.buts that only cos i like receiving mail in the mail box instead of the computer,more personal i wreckon.

send an email and say " look....i'm really sorry 4 what i did and said. i made a HUGE mistake and regret it. u r very important 2 me and i hope u forgive me. "
