I think in retrospect it was for the best that we are divorced, but I still have a hard time thinking of myself as single and liking myself. I am intelligent, am getting a Ph.D., and have a good job and three wonderful daughters, but still I find it hard to take care of myself and feel good about myself. I have friends, but have not dated. Any advice?

My fiancee admitted to me that he had a crush on another women. She lived 3 doors down from us but recently moved to Florida. It makes me feel uncomfortable when I think about it. It makes me very angry, almost like he has cheated on me. What should I do??

I am so mad I wanna cut off all communication with my family!
I have a friend that I met a year and a half ago and mom hasnt met her, but she says" don,t go drinking or partying with her." and the like.

First things first I am 30 yrs. old. Should she just STFU?

And my friend, for starters is NOT a partier! She is handicapped and has to stay home a lot because of it. And drinking for here is RARE!I mean RARE!

I think mom is such a stuck up *****! That,s what I think!
Do you think she has any right to judge people BEFORE she meets them?

where i work alot of guys come up there and hit on me. and i hate it. i just stand there and its not like i encourage it or anything. i'm in my work uniform (store shirt and khaki's).

My wife has made out with another man over a while ago, yet when they even see each other today in a party and all, they look in each others eyes like they still like each other. the man stares at my woman's eyes and she gazes in to his as well. it may be months before they see, but they do gaze, and my wife observes him, as if i don't notice that. The other thing is the man emails my wife in myspace, in her yahoo, and at work about anything and everything normal, general, activity, and family related. my wife may reply sometimes 3 times to him in one day, other times she may just read his message and not reply to him at all for days. and sometimes she doesn't reply, but when she does reply, she gives him her daily schedule or whatever he asks for? why? and what is the significane of reading an email forward or general email sent at work by this man asking for a read confirmation. She always reads his forwards, even the funny ones, and she does read them.

because of alot of hassle from her mum after we split, there's been no contact until last year when we had a phone conversation in which she was angry at me for leaving her { quite right too i should never have walked away} she said her mum's husband has been a good dad and does'nt want too see me then put the down, her mum's husband is the one who was having an affair with my wife while we were still together. i have'nt been able to get through to her on that number since, i've sent a letter trying to explain and even knocked on her door do i send birthday and xmas cards hoping one day she'll come around or just leave her to get on with her life, perhaps it's been too long ? ps she's 23 now . i'm anne f's friend.

ok im a 16 high student and ive been talking to a guy for about 4 months. Me and this guy dated my freshmen year but i dumped him for a jounior who i thoguh was a nice guy. My problem is this summer me and the guy im talking to havent seen each other casue we live so far way , so one day i was going out and stuipdly i invited the jounior kid and we ended up hooking up. So I had a friend for several years and we hungout all the time...everyday...night..whatever we were together all through high school and by the time we got to college knew everything about eachother and were roomates....all other friends who roomed together stopped being friends...We got closer and eventually became renters of a house together...As of five months ago we were talking about how much we meant to eachother and somehow ended up kissing and we were ok with it...we have now established that we are not gay...per say...but really care for eachother and that we can love eachother..but this sexual side has not developed until now but feels so right with every ounce of my body...however neither of us act gay or consider ourselves gay...it's so hard to explain and we can't be housemates forever....this seems so messed up but it's like there is no other web I would rather be tangled in....What are your opinons? Do you think this should stop immediatly? Could this possibly work out

My boyfriend let's just call him W is friends with E. E was emailing W on myspace when he called me an ugly-*** skank.
