I'm just 18 and the guy I'm involved with is 22. I am interested in getting to know him better and he told me his goal for the next couple of years is to buy a house and be successful. He told me he is real affectionate and I am also. I know that being in the military you can't just decide that you want to buy a house like that without a wife or dependents or something like that. Do you all think that he is trying to imply that he want to settle down with me eventually? We haven't been on a date yet due to me being out of town, but he has something about him that im interested in. I also have wondered about him, he's been station here at Ft. Bragg for 3 years and doesn't have a girlfriend or babymomma or any of that and I know how some guys in the military are, they will lie and have another familiy somewhere else, just to get some pussy. He also is very quiet at times, says I talk to much sh!t and he got to work on my mouth and we cop attitudes sometime with each other. What u think?

HB and I been married for 17 years, the last 5 have been bad. Neither of us have been happy. I have been trying to talk to him at different times throughout this time, but he shuts me out or gets mad. So I gave up! Now that he realizes I have had it he wants to make it work. Problem is I do not know if I am still in love with him. I have been on medication for depression and anxiety for the last 5 years now I am at the point of being numb. I don't seem to feel anything. HB thinks I should forget the bad last 5 years and just go on. I don't think I can do that.

During that last few monthst I have been talking to a male friend out of state who is going through a divorce. We have been eachothers sound board. I think we are developing feelings for each other. I know this doesn't help, but I have been feeling so bad for so long that talking to him makes me smile. Any ideas? Plz be nice. I never thought I would be in this position!

Just wanting to know other people's feelings about the subject. CAN you have sex with your best friend and just remain friends or does there always have to be feelings involved.

I met a man 6 1/2 years ago. I had seen him before and it was like everything just stopped. When he finally came up and talked to me, and asked me out, it was like we were the only people in the world. Since then, we have made it through horrible arguements, being states apart for months and years at a time, and so many obstacles. That man is now my husband and the most generous person I have ever known. The weird part is...the very first time I saw him, I knew. I knew I would marry him someday...and look at us now!

My boyfriend has a son whom he loves dearly, he wants to be a part of his life more than anything, he wants him to be a part of our family ( we have twin sons that are 6 ) The mother let his son come stay with us overnight, let us take him to the circus, parks, what ever... then all of a sudden out of the blue she says that if it wasnt for me ( the girlfriend ) he ( the dad ) wouldnt want anything to do with the son... which is a crock of crap! He has his own bed here, we bought him clothes, carseat, toys, everything he needs, and not only that, his father dotes on him like crazy! There is never a moment he is not being read to, colored with, played with, or just good ole fashioned cuddling... we miss him so much and it kills us all that she uses her son as a way to hurt us, its been 2 months since we last saw him and I am so mad that she would let this little boy come into our lives only to rip him out of it, can you imagine what its doing to him?

my sister is getting married and she has three other sisters (including myself). she is going to have three maidens of honor, her three sisters. is it traditional these days for all of the bridesmaids to get their hair styled the same way, and in this case, for all of the maidens of honor to get their hair styled the same way?

I hate that I do that. I know he loves me and not her. I know he wants me and not her. I know he would never go back to her because she is the one that wanted out of their marriage. I think it might be because they have kids together and that will always be a closeness I might not ever have with him. I need some ideas.Anyone???

My family is going to Disney World next spring, and I was hoping that my WHOLE FAMLIY THAT IS IN A NEAR STATE! I am 10 and my brother is 19 with is 19-year-old girlfriend that I consider my sister, to come with us. After all, we haven't had a nice family vacation since I was 2. It's gonna be me, my mom, my 2 neices, my 2 sister-in-laws, and my other 2 brothers. But it won't be the same without my other brother and his girlfriend. They don't wanna go without them. They don't wanna go because when they were my age, a lot of the rides in Disney World were kiddie rides. My brother's girfriend wants to go, but she wouldn't feel right going without my brother. Could you tell me a way to just deal with it and go without him and his girlfriend or could you tell me a way to convince him to go without getting annoying?
