Ask her why she does it. Granted, there is no true excuse for cheating on someone, but if she finds her ways to justify it, you can show her the error of those ways. Also ask her how she thinks her child is being affected by not having mom around as much, no matter how much the husband might look after the toddler.
As I went over a couple of the other answers, I would say it would be a good idea to either tell her to tell her husband or to tell the husband yourself if she refuses to. If she loves her husband any at all, she will quit cheating when he files for divorce and for full custody of the child.

Try being honest with her. Let her know that you're not comfortable knowing she is doing this and that you think she needs to stop. If for no other reason than her kid. If she doesn't take your advice, there's nothing else you can do. It's not your place to tell her husband (unless he straight up asks you). She's a grown woman, she can make her own decisions and mistakes.

tell her that either she tell him and they start going to marriage counseling together, or you will tell him.
someone has to stop that. imagine what that little child will grow up thinking if his mom keeps having affairs all through his/her life! they will grow up with a distorted view of marriage, and ultimately have a marriage just like his/her parents.

you can't convince someone who doesn't want to be convinced. does she want you to talk her into being faithful to her husband? she is probably enjoying the extra attention and doesn't want to hear you. she will hear you in time.

Tell her, that you are going to tell him, if she doesn't stop. If that doesn't work, tell him anyway. He deserves to know what kind of woman he's living with. Then it's up to him, what to do about it, and it's out of your hands.

Tell her that he will find out sooner or later and if he doesn't, you'll tell him. She should stop and if she doesn't, (you shouldn't be bluffing!!!!) tell her husband!!!!
