I don't think there is a problem with sex on the first date if both people are ready, willing and able. The problems come afterward if both people aren't in sync about what the sex "meant." In other words, one may have looked at it as a one night stand while the other may want more....

well, if both of you are ok with it, there should be no problem. Usually, people who are looking for a long term relationship do not partake in sex on the first date. Once you have crossed the line and have sex before the relationship, you can not go back. That is where the problem is.

It's one of those "touchy" topics... (no pun intended) If two people go on a first date but have known each other for a month, it's not the same as having sex with someone you just met so I don't see any problems with that. If they've only just met, then it can have some emotional risks.

Yes, it is a problem. You are not going to get any better time in your life to get to know your possible "soul mate". If you have sex with everyone you just meet, you won't have the opportunity to see them in the same light as you did when you asked them out. Wait a little bit, huh. Cold showers work both ways my friend. Girls often go home after a great 2nd or 3rd date and were wanting him to jump her like a wild lion, but she kept herself dignified and upheld her self. We all go through the waiting game with a bit of frustration and pent up frustration. Enjoy the person with clothes on first.

Some people thinks it a problem. But in my opinion if you are going to sleep with someone anyway what difference does it make it its 5 months from now or 5 min. It's all the same right.

Uh, YES ! Sex is taken much too casually these days and is not valued for the sacred act it is and what it should be. A kiss is one thing, but sex is a huge DONT.

as for me i think theres realy nothin havin sex on the first day.it all depends on what ur both out for n what u get outta of it.if its not gonna work between y'all even after the 2nd or 10th day is still not gonna work

some people think theres a problem, and think that sex should be reserved for love or marriage, but if your just looking for someone to sleep with, and its okay with you and her... theres no problem.
