Ladies ..why do you all get upset when I man tells you "I told you so!" For instance, you met a guy and he was and dog and your friends told you not to mess with him. My friend is going to do somethign she knows is wrong. I keep trying to tell her not to do it but she won't listen. Her boyfriend has convinced her into doing it and has comepletely changed her as well. I miss my old friend... What can I do to get her back?

my husband was laid off and had to take a much lower paying job and we are having a baby. we are going to rent a house from my parents. they are treating us like we are stupid and poor while they are "helping us." living there is super-cheap and will help us pay off bills, but we feel harassed.

Mine has two cats he never brushes and he never cleans their hair off the couch.
The lease is in my name and everything in the apartment belongs to me but somehow his girlfriend has keys that I never gave him permission to give her.
Mine hides in his room all day and night doing who knows what -- it creeps me out.
Mine pays rent on time but hasn't paid utilities for months (even though we are supposed to split them evenly)
Mine never cleans the bathroom. EVER.
Mine leaves washed dishes on the counter to dry for days on end.
SO why do I even bother to have a roomate? -- Oh yeah, rent in NYC is too expensive.

ok so this is what happened: last saturday i had a huge dinner at my house, so there was lots of cooking and cleaning to do. i get a call in the morning and its her brother from her country. he wanted her to talk to her mother because she was dieing, but i told him she wasn't there. i didn't tell my maid about her mother's death until the next day because i didn't wan't her to get distracted from all the work and my guests. Anyway, ever since i told her, she's been angry and crying. she's locked herself up in her room and won't do anything!!!! i can't fyer her because i payed her 2 months in advance. how can i get her to do her job and stop giving me all that drama????please help me.
