I've been in a relationship with this guy for about a month.We never had sex before.Actually I never had sex with anyone.One day he slept over my house.He was on the couch and I was in my room. I was naked and just about to put my nightshirt on when he walked in with only boxers on and one hand behind his back.He locked the door behind him.I covered up with a blanket but he ripped it out of my hands. I tried to run out the door but he grabbed me and pushed me down on the bed. In the hand that was behind his back was four straps.He tied my arms and legs to the bed. At that moment I sort of wanted to have sex with him because we were bf and gf but I regreted even thinking about it when he pulled his boxers off.His penis was so big it wouldn't even fit in my mouth! He stuck it in my vagina so hard and fast and so deep that it really,really hurt bad! It started to bleed and hurt more.Then he untied one arm and left.I got untied,took a shower,and went to bed.
Is it rape or not?

i like (all christian music)rock, rap, and songs that make me laugh. i love to watch the sunset, write songs and poetry, draw,play my guitar, the piano, clarinet, and a lap harp(mostly the guitar though). i love a good joke but i am honest when i dont like one.... i wont cheat if my life depends on it. and im 16, my eyes change between 4 colors ,5'2'' wear a size 12 skirt, tan, curvy figure, my hair is so dark brown that ppl confuse it for black w/ huge curls and it all goes down to my butt, so..... opnions??

My dad (52) was thrown out by his 21 y.o g/f almost a yr ago. My father was a deadbeat all of my life and I moved, co-signed on a school loan in order to get him out of my house. He has defaulted on the loan and is back at my new home.Did I mention he is diabetic and eats non stop, has sleep apnea (sleeps all day in my living room) farts/burps loudly and often and has very annoying habits like talking whie I try to study or on the phone. I am a single parent of three and a f/t universtiy student. I have asked him to leave and he rationalize his being here and just stays and will borrow money for gas to get to his "jobs". I know I am not dealing w/ a personw/ a full deck b/c he talks about how much he did for me as a baby, things he knows I have no recollection of (Neither of my parents raised me). I just want my house back I will do anything to get him off of my couch, out of my refrigerator, and my pockets. Doyou know of any slick ways to dumpmy xtra child?

My boyfriend has an addiction of posting his profile on numerous sex sites, dating sites, and web-cam sites. I have been seeing him for almost 5 years now, and felt something was 'wrong' with our relationship. I had posed as 'Jane' about a year ago and sent him an email......hook, line, sinker, he took the bait....he couldn't wait to talk to me in chat rooms etc. Well since then I confronted him as he promised never to do that again. The same thing is still going on, but he says it's something he does for fun when he can't get out and fish, golf, camp, etc. Some how I want to believe him, but part of me still thinks he's a lying dog! He puts me down every chance I get, gives me no credit, but only sees the bad things (by the way I'm 36 he's 52). So I still enjoy drinking and fast food! LOL...he belongs to AA and I have tried to convince him 3 years ago that we wouldn't work, but he insisted on seeing me. He doesn't want to get married, so my question is he cheating or not?
