It can't be rude if the woman is sleeping. If she is fully awake, and she manages to snore and have sex at the same time, it might be considered a bit rude. But this could also be seen as a feat, and one to applaud (the first time you see it).
Also, it depends on the position of the intercourse. If sex is performed while standing up, I would say it is not rude at all.

how the hell do you snore during sex?!!! are you sleeping while he's doing you? hell yes its rude... whats worse than telling a guy he's not doing a good job and is boring you to death?!
i would just tell him im not in the mood, or talk to him about what i like so that this problem wont exist...
