They Check your blood pressure, examine you. Just like on TV. It is no problem.

How is it you have a phobia of doctors when you've never been to one? Or so you say. Not even as an infant?
Show up 15 min. early to fill out the paperwork (Personal information, health history). Now you never told us if you'd be going for a specific problem you're having, a physical exam (check up), or even what kind of doctor you would be seeing. Wait a minute...I'm not going to go through every explanation for every possiblity. Call whatever kind of doctor you need to see for whatever kind of exam you need to have and ask THEM!
