Absolutely REFUSE to be jealous! If the other person wants somebody worse than they want you, then they need to go to them!.....But then , they don't need to EVER come back either. I hear people say all the time:"FIGHT for your woman!" I say, if they want another man, they need to go get them!....Good Luck! I refuse to be jealous!!

well if sort of depends on what you are jealous of. there isn't a way to eleminate it, people will always be jealous but you can't ever let it take over you. you don't want to do something stupid and end up making a huge fool of yourself. just think of things that you have that the other person doesn't and dont let your jealousy getnthe best of you.

Just get over it! Respect & love yourself and jealousy will soon vaporize. It isn't becoming on anyone, or a showing of love..jealousy is ugly & makes YOU look ugly.

if he's doing something harmless that just made u feel jealous, when you know u shouldnt... just take a deep breath and tell yourself that he's yours. if possible, giv him a kiss or hug him or something. do something that would assure yourself that he loves u, without making a big deal about the jealousy u feel. if he ask "why the sudden hug?"... just be casual about it. guys dont mind girls being jealous sometimes (makes them feel loved, wanted, whatever)... as long as u dont turn into a freak that start tearing up their clothes and stuff.

are you jealous or is he??? my husband and i both have slight jealousy, but its at the stage of cute now instead of over powering, secure him in your love the best you possibly can and if that is not enough then let go and if its true he wont let you go, as far as him, its basically the same you have to have TRUST, theres no true relationship that will ever work without that.

If your guy is the jealous type, it could stem from several things. The only way to "deal" with it is to find out from him what is causing it. Are you flirty with other men? Is he emotionally unstable? As a police officer, you should already have the ability to answer this question yourself. Wanna give me more info. go18wheeler@yahoo.com

Whoever it is that is jealous is obviously dealing with a self-esteem problem. I was always jealous of my husband being around beautiful women and it came down to me feeling like i wasn't as pretty as them. YOu need to reassure this person that you are their best friend or that you are their lover and that nothing could replace that!

If YOU are jealous about something,(this is easier said than done) you need to try to figure out WHY and HOW to accomplish the subject(no BF/GF, need a raise, new car, etc.) on your own terms.
In otherwords, figure out the cause and then defeat it!
If someone is jealous of YOU then my best advice is to TRY NOT to 'rub it in' so that hopefully they can see through it and get over it. Good luck!

If your not comfortable with something you need to address it with your partner, communication is key. Don't forget to use empathy as well as remember that it's kosher if that person is coming home to you.

Ignoring it will not make it go away. U have to deal with it and nip it in the bud.
