Yeah, of course its normal! Your still a kid. Why are you in a rush? They'll be plenty of girls you can kiss in the future. My first kiss was when I was 15 and I still regret that!

Yes it is, because another girl your age is already16 and she knows better than that. The only kisses you should be getting now are from your parents. Kisses come with a lifetime warranty. If you get purchased by a female you will have to be able to back up your consequences. Stay single the most that you can, because problem come in small packages. Study, get a real career, buy a house, a nice car and the find your mate. Until then, girls are your worst enemies. But again only you can prevent a fire. Take care.

Of course it is. 13 is soooooooo young. I'd say 15 is a good age. Don't be obsessed about what others are doing. Just be you and be comfortable.

yes, it is normal...do not try to act like a grown-up...enjoy your life just like it is...kiss her when you feel you are ready...13 is not an age that requires a first kiss...not necessarily...;)
