School's almost over and I've decided to ask out my friend. We get along really well and I think she likes me but no matter what a yes or no is better than torturing myself all summer asking myself what if's.

We have finals this week. I'm planning to tell her at the beginning of the class that I want to talk to her alone after it's over (good idea or bad idea- should I wait until the end to tell her I want to talk to her?). Then I'm going to tell her how much I've enjoyed getting to know her this year and that she brightens up my day, I like her a lot and then tell her that I'm ready for a committed relationship or just dating (we both have really busy summers) and that matter what she says I don't want it to stop us from being friends.

That's the main reason I've waited so long. I don't want to ruin our friendship.

Does this sound like a good way to go about it? I don't want to use any cheesey pick up lines, just be honest with her.

I think I'm in love with a girl because of her full, short, layered hair. I don't know why, but the way its cropped short and angled to the nape of her neck in the back is really hot. But I just hate it when some of her layers flip out and the rest go under; I just want them to go the same way. Is that a strange obsession?

And is is their a way I can tell her to do her hair so that all her layers go the same way or is that impossible for girls to do.

I am 39 married for 17 years with three kids (2 sons and daughter aged 3) and a loving supportive and gentle husband. I have been very lucky and I am scared that something worse and very ugly is going to happen due to my own stupidity and selfishness. I have allowed infidelity to crape-into my marital life, thoughtless to say the least. I just found out that the man I've been madly in love with for 6 mo's, and thought that I had a committed boyfriend/girlfriend relationship with is sleeping with another woman regularly, and several one night stands as well. I am livid! What is the best way to deal with him, and this situation? My heart is breaking, and I feel nauseous. Should I write him all the facts I learned about his deception & lies, and call him out on it, or just say, Goodbye? What will make me come out feeling and looking best in this situation. My children's father has bipolar disorder for which he fails to maintain treatment. When he is manic he avoids his obligations and is aggressive. I can't see myself staying healthy, nor my children if we continue to be a part of this cycle.
