This fall I'll be entering Yale University as a freshmen. I'm very excited, but at the same time very scared. As a child my dream was to attend Yale University, and be a doctor. My dream has come true, i'll be there this fall and my major is pre-med. My mom and dad are both doctors, and they are so proud of me that I'm following their footsteps. My biggest worry right now is that, I wont be able to meet that expectation. I have never failed at anything so far, so why is it that im so scared of failing now, when i have never failed? what if i let them down?

my boyfriend and i have been together for almost a year and we fight quite a bit it used to be kind of bad like a 4-5 hour fight over absolutely nothing(in my opinion) but now its reasonably infrequent only like every other day and it usually doesnt last more than 30 minutes i love him so much and i have given him everything i have and i would give him the shirt off my back just like he has to me i know he loves me and would do anything for me and is the one but is the fighting normal?i would really just like it to stop completely i just dont know how to make that happen the longest we've gone without fighting is a week we've tried so many solutions and nothing seems to work we frequently compare our relationship to jessie and slater's off of saved-by-the-bell should we just accept that this is how our relationship is and always will be or is there a way to just agree

I need to speak with an attorney who is willing to listen to a outrageous story about the willful and decietful actions of an attorney who was retained to represet a client, then conspires with the other party and misrepresents you in every way possile without your knowledge. A story that sounds unbelievable but I swear to god its true. I just need suggestions on what to do about it. I have contacted the bar and wrote to the judicial counsel, even tried to talk to the districy attorney, no one wants to take the time to hear me out.
