I need to speak with an attorney who is willing to listen to a outrageous story about the willful and decietful actions of an attorney who was retained to represet a client, then conspires with the other party and misrepresents you in every way possile without your knowledge. A story that sounds unbelievable but I swear to god its true. I just need suggestions on what to do about it. I have contacted the bar and wrote to the judicial counsel, even tried to talk to the districy attorney, no one wants to take the time to hear me out.

I'd say keep trying to get someone higher up than your attorney, to listen to you. that's just wrong. That attorney should be fired and lose their license. So, keep trying b/c someone WILL listen to you.

Then retain a lawyer..nobody works for free..but you better be able to prove these allegations beyond a shadow of doubt. If you have proof, then the quickest attention getter is a hefty law suit with huge punitive damages...gets attention really quickly. Good luck

This happened to my mom when she went through her divorce.
We found out, fired him, and went to the bar in California with information. He got into some trouble, but I cannot remember what exactly.
We hired a new lawyer and she got half of everything. He was such a jerk about everything.
Your new lawyer could help with all of that. Also, hire a WOMAN!

Talking to another attorney will do you know good try to talk with a judge or a law professor they will give you unbiased information.

You don't need an attorney. You need to take your complaint to the state bar association.

I dont think it is that they dont want to take the time to hear you, they just dont want to take on one of their own. Look for a not for profit organization that may deal with this sort of thing. Possibly take this to a neighboring county? I wish you the best of luck with your situation.
