Slight turn off, I'd say.
They can look great under clothes (as long as they're not too big), but in bed, i just feel like even though I'm touching them.....I'm still not really touching the woman, and that can take some time to get used to.
But after a while, you get kinda used to them and they're ok.
However, unless you are completely flat, or have empty breasts (if you know what I mean), then small is cool!

Size is the important thing, many women think that having bigger breasts makes them more feminine/attractive. Frankly it doesn't.
It is understandable for the woman who has breastfed 4 children and they now lie somewhere south of her knees to feel the need to perk them up but the trend of having them as big as possible is just a turn off. Perfect size for me is 32B and I find nothing attractive about anything more than a C cup. If the surgery is to perk them up after gravity takes hold then thats fine, but if it's to make them look like monstrous Alps then I am dead against it.

Turn Off... only if you need a breasts because you had surgery and you are doing it to lift your morale... be happy my friend.. with what you have...
you may have more attention with fake breasts but what kind of people will you attract ?? think about it... then you will think does these guys like me because of me or because my breasts...

Natural is best. Fake breast look awful after a few years when they lose their shape and need replaced.

something im learning,,only real stuff matters in any situation,,
more than a hand full is a waste anyway,,,some men think small breasts are perfect,,honest,,they do,,be proud of what you have,,if you had fake breasts because your partner wanted more,,
then to be honest,,he isnt enough for you,,
stay as you are,,see your self as beautiful,,big isnt always best,xxx

They are definately a turn off. Stay as you are. Particularly, when you take into account the health risks, risk of failure, they may need re-doing and also the cost.

If they're done well then they're a definite turn on. But like anything else if they're done badly then they can look a bit of a mess.
I know it's easier said than done but find somebody with nice knockers and ask them where they had them done.
