Why was the earth warmer 100 years ago? We didn't have cars, we didn't have the glut of factories. Hmmm. Look, if I told you the world was going to end in 50 years unless you vote for me and I'll be the saviour, would you vote for me? That is global warming.

In 1965 I saw our new vehicle for all military services at the US Army Transportation School in Fort Eustis, VA. The fuel was water. In 1975 when there was no fuel at the pump, I called the school to find out what happened to that vehicle and found that all traces had been removed. It is easy to see that the name of the game is to take money out of our pocket and put it in the pocket of oil people. Iraq is just a little expense of doing business ... with oil. Isn't there a crime here somewhere ??? Whom do we report it to ???

I hate them to an extreme! They're always in my room during the summer. So at night i end sleeping completely under the covers and i end up sweating myself to sleep. Well, not exactly to sleep. I swear sometimes they are out to get me. I know it's stupid and weird, but i'm serious. And those flying beetles, man don't even get me started on those either!

Roads replace earth that absorbs most electromagnetic waves and converts them to chemical energy. The green wavelength is reflected, so my question is wouldn't we want to send only the wavelengths that are naturally reflected instead of all of them? Understand that blacktop road absorb all wavelength at first until they bleach; and reflect most by their whitish color. Can you think of any large natural surfaces that are entirely black? Snow is white - so how will that affect global warming when it's gone and plants arise that absorb?

I was walking home today on the sidewalk and thought of the idea of having grass paths instead of concret sidewalks. Like, where the sidewalk is just has the grass either mowen lower or has a little bit of gavel with the grass. It could be the same width as a sidewalk but would be better for the environment. Does anyone else think this is a good idea? I think out world is turning into a concrete place and we need to change that.

People on both sides of global warming refuse to listen to the arguments of the other side, or say that a good arguement is not valid for whatever reason. I think that part of it is caused by mankind but another part of it is caused by the natural cycle of our planet. So I want you to answer the question do you think that instead of fighting both sides should at least consider the facts the other side has to offer.

As the human population has grown we have continued to use more and more fresh water. Since the worlds population is not slowing down we will continue to have a need for more fresh water. And we are already seeing significant drops in our reservoirs. Removing salt from seawater takes a ton of energy and is not a practical solution for cities that are very far inland. Many rivers in developing countries are badly polluted because they do not have systems for water treatment or regulations on factory waste.

Global warming or not... our water problem is going to be here before any other eviromental issues. People can live with the temperature being a little warmer... in fact history shows humans do better in warmer temps, the population will most likely see an increase with warmer temps, which would only worsen the fresh water issue. People CAN NOT live without drinkable water. Global warming and CO2 emissions will be forgotten when you are at war over who gets to have a drink

Today we hear more than ever about global warming or climate change. Whatever happen to recycle or recyling or plant a tree? I don't beleive that global warming is real there's no truth to that at all. If driving and flying and having a SUV is the cause of so-called global warming why not walk or ride a bike? What about the dust bowl in the 1930's where was the SUV's then?
