Like the Australian olympic swimmer who will create tons of CO2 making a TV program about the damage caused by Global Warming. And spams us all with the support of Yahoo. Now you know why they call them "yahoos"!

How do you know that an assistant writes the posts? Maybe for some...but not for all ! And what is the problem with celebrities taking an interest in our environment??? At least it is bringing attention to a subject that needs more people to be aware of, or to encourage people to take part in finding ways to overcome the environmental damage, us humans have done and protect our future for our children ! Every bit of help is needed, and if it takes a celebrity to raise the level of awareness then go for it...don't take the piss out of them when they trying to do something good ! Not all celebrities sit on their bum and do nothing , some do some pretty amazing things for the less fortunate because they are in a position to do so !

Lol. Does it annoy you that they pretty much ask the same question every day? Half the time I don't even know who those people are. I don't think that are, as that angry guy said, trying to raise awareness. More likely, their publicists told them that it's good publicity. Hey, angry guy, are you Tom Cruise's assistant? Or someone else who is beyond the help of publicity?

They don't--as far as that goes. But some people do realize that stimulating public discussion and awareness is important. And many celebrities are responsible enough citizens to realize that using their name recognition value to do that is a way o fveing a good citizen.
Unlike people who like to pretend they're smart by posting cynical questions/answers instead of contribibuting to the discussion.

because they are so egotistical, that they believe anything attached to their name will get the attention of an adoring public. I mean, that's why I keep paying my assistants.
