thankyou trevor, I said many years ago when Carl sagen first coined the phrase Green House effect, that that may become a good thing if perma frost is thawed My suggestion is that global governments look at how we can offset CO2 emissions by utilising the extra land for tree production I understand the problem with acidity and I am no botanist but can see mss benifit to create new places to live for refugees from places that become inhospitable if seas rise or other things that drive man out of his pleasure zone humans have always been exported by the change in the local environment I wrote to some government ministers with no reply that world governments should get into tree planting in Siberia I do not know if they absorb methane but one wonders if by products from Chinese coal fired power stations may be useful as soil improvers lets get into the real estate boom near one of those lakes

the idea f global warming is in fact amisnomer some places could get a lot colder the reason that it is colder and they cannot grow sugar is that Texas is part of a continental climate but as the warm air moves north by the equitorial conveyer it causes an increase in cold moist air to build up in the Arctic this then breaks like a dam as it becomes unstable and because cold air is denser it becomes the dominent force and finds is way right down to Texas look lad until Al Gore gets his CO2 down to my levels I'll keep living as I do god bless yer
