Mine is Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine, you would think that they would play Another brick In the Wall Part 2 or Time, but nope, I hear Welcome to the Machine at least twice a day and I don't even listen to that much radio.

Drop a couple of quotes from a hip hop artist that you believe speaks volumes...you can take it from a song (dont copy and paste an entire song, just the line your referring to), an interview, anything along those lines..

i'll start wit a couple

the last line was the key point, i think with him as well as alot of other artists, people just "skim" through the music.

next one, i found this funny but true

being the rapper or the producer?

I say producer..I'm a lot better at rappin that producing...(as in I have no skill at producing) (not like I'm talented at rappin either, but whatever) I've spent a month+ on FL7 and come out with one piece of 45 second crap...it sucks

BTW, I'm retired from producing, but I tossed up my one (and only) beat up in the files section for the group..(warning, it sucks--bad)

#1 it starts with some guitar (ii think) then it suddenly you hear "Freakout...buzee sushe, Freakout" somethin like that :P

#2 some parts i remember about the lyrics is that it goes "...and the beat just goes, bohane bohane bohane bohane" then theres a voice of a guy saying over and over again "get down, get down" and i think he throws "james brown" in there with the get down's.

Is there a way to sing a high note in your chest register without belting?(Like the lead singer in maroon 5)
What is the correct way of belting. (I can't afford singing lessons) ?
Do you just breath deep in your diaphram and try to sing a high note loudly?
Should I try to belt while lieing down on the floor?
Any tips? I know I should ask a professional but.. I really can't afford one.
