'Heaven' by Bryan adams.
My best m8 in 1980's-Andy Winstanley-Had been going through a bad patch, unemployement and the like and was basically so low he felt like commiting suicide.
He managed eventualy to get back on track, got a job(chef), found a girl he really loved-Barbara.
On the way home from the restaurant one night a few months later a car pulled out in front of his motorbike-he hit one of those green metal telecommunications type boxes quite a few yards down the road and died-head injuries.
18 years old and so much left to give, to young to be taken.
His Girlfriend Barbara had this song played( it was their song) at his funeral-I will never ever forget that day as long as I live.
Hearing that song-no I lie-it's the lyrics-from whichever artist-just goosebumps me, even now and I'm 45 !.
