I need one with 88 hammer action keys and over 100 note polyphony. I want to spend under $1500. I don't need midi, or any fancy sounds. I just need a simple realistic piano sound so that I can practice and be prepared for when I'm around a real piano. What brand or model would you recommend?

I have read it is best to grow longer fingernails on the hand that strokes the strings to better bring out the sound when picking the strings on an acoustic guitar, but I would really rather not since I don't like long nails. Could i become good at picking with just my fingertips? I practice just moving back and forth with the 6 strings using the correct fingers and i can do pretty well. Just wanted to find out what some of the more experienced players thought or experienced. Thanks!

I have a a Spanish acoustic guitar and have later on added a single pickup to it.But when i plug in the jack of the pickup to my computer's mic socket no sound comes out! Is my connection method wrong or is it the wrong socket i have plugged in???

I want to learn the drums and my boyfriend will teach me but I'm not patient at all. and I really enjoy spending time with him. I'm afraid that the drum lessons with turn into make-out sessions. which I wouldn't mind but i really want to learn to play the drums
