Surprisingly enough, some of the earlier songs by grindcore/melodic death metal band Carcass have very accurate descriptions of bodies in rather grisly situations - for example, "Manifestation on Verrucose Urethra" and "Pungent Excruciation" both use some very distinguished medical language, to the point that some people thought they had spent time in medical school, or were actually doctors. Whilst being centred around gore (quite self-mockingly, actually), they're quite detailed. So I guess that speaks the truth about...what's INSIDE the body.
