Banana Pancakes and F- Stop Blues are both great Jack Johnson songs to play on an acoustic.

I love Jack Johnson but have never played any of his songs personally however I have played some Ben Harper and I can play Roses from my Friends and Burn One Down relatively easy happy strumming.

Steal my kisses by Ben Harper is pretty easy. It does have bar chords, but it's basically three chords that don't require too much movement.
Those guys can play, though. I can't really think of another easy one by either guys.
