is emo bad or good? just to get things clear, i'll listen to so-called "emo" music if i like it. i hate labels anyways. but why do people say emo is a bad thing? like if it's a rock band that's "emo," isn't it good if they express themselves? should ALL good music be...artful and emotional? like i hear all the time.."ewww...that's so emo..." I dont get it!

I think i heard it on Radio 1 (UK) once, and can't get it out of my head. Don't rememebr any other lyrics, but its quite sombre and haunting. It's kind of sung like "every baaah dee diiiiiiiiies..."
I know that won't help much but what the hey.
Does anyone know what it's called or who it's by?
I don't mean 'Everybody Hurts' by R.E.M. by the way.

I listen to all types of good music you can see my page if you want a list. But i usually do not listen to and post 70's rock bands so if anybody knows some good and origional bands from the 80's-00's please tell me. I do not want any punk, or metal, ect. or anything that is just screaming i want something good.

I heard this song on ABC Family or The CW, I can't remember. but the lyrics go: "Come on over, all my sisters and brothers..." and something like, "we'll make it a better day..." Now I'm hearing it on the radio, on a soft rock station. It has a R&B feel to it. Does anyone know what that song is or who sang/performed it?

Some of the old folks might remember what they were. Obviously CDs have many advantages, but I miss the album covers and the "ritual" of putting the needle on the record, sometimes. Remember 45s and the spindle for them?

Heck, CDs are now making way for downloads. What will be next?
