How many people in SoCal tried to get to the Motley Crue and Areosmith concert on Sat but didnt know 15S was closed so you got stuck in traffic (it took us 3 hours to go what normally wouldve taken 30 min) and ended up giving up after realizing that by the time you wait in the super long line to get into parking then stood in line to pick up tickets and go through security that the concert would be over with???

I live in the chicagoland and i am only 13 years old. i have a huge passion for singing and many people tell me im pretty good. i go to kareoke places every once in a while to try and get noticed by someone who can help me make my dream come true but so far that hasent been working out so well.my parents dont think i can get as far as my sister (who is byfar the best singer i have ever heard) but im not going to let them bring me down. i always practice and im in my school choir and everything! but, how do i get out there? how do i get someone to help me move along in my singing life? how can i get noticed? is there a class i can take? do you know of any? anyone i can call in the chicagoland area? please tell me if you know anyone because i almost feel like giving up and i break down crying when i see young singers like cheyenne or jojo or mily cyrus because i know i cant get where they are soon enough. please help! i will take any advice!
